To    organize, promote, construct, and operate a rail transit system providing transportation between the City of Warrensburg, Missouri’s downtown commercial district, the campus of the University of Central Missouri, and the University of Central Missouri’s Pertle Springs recreational facilities that is open and accessible for the use, enjoyment, participation, and education of the public.

    

To  endeavor to restore and operate such rail transit system along its original historical route in a manner that is designed to make minimal impact on the surrounding environment and through the use of environmentally friendly or recycled materials.
